Is There a Great Time to Buy Allan Gen in Europe?

There's a lot of puzzling things, i think, with europe. One is, ok, why wasn't that storage full when prices were low? And also, there's something i read too that apparently gas prom may own a lot of the storage facilities and have been keeping more gas in russia. So did somebody, you know, miss the boat, so to speak? Or, of course, europe tends to blame russia, and then russia says, we're doing everything we're contracted to do, so don't blame aha. But ultimately, the the consumer's really going to be hit hard in europe this winter.
