Jujitsu - Is There a Better Way?

I came from a team called Team Leader, and if your listeners might know who he is, I was on his team until 2013. He had a very information process-oriented approach to teaching jujitsu. So for my whole life, that's all I did. Just high repetition drilling. And when I eventually left the team in 2013 and I was on my own, I just decided there must be a better way to approach this.
