Ishemia Guide Revascularization in Patient With Ischicadomyopathy?

The main results of the study was that there was a significant prognostic interaction between the burden of ischemia and the benefit of revascularization in this patient. The patients with more, with ischemic, involving more than 10% of the ventricular myocardium had the worst prognosis if they were not revascularized. For this reason, the study supported the concept that ischemia guide revascularization might still be prognostically beneficial as in card patient at large.
