The Collapse of Cities

I think cities are on the verge of collapse. Actually, I think SF is dead. When there's no reason to go downtown, people will stop moving there. That's happening at downtown San Francisco. Their hotels are being surrendered. The mall's not being surrendered. It's only 55% leased. And then the less people are there, the less people need to be there, the more it'll collapse. Look at Detroit. Massive population depart like flight out of the state. We're going to see these cities that are rife with crime and other conflict and chaos. They're going to become undesirable and cheap. An inversion of the rural versus the urban.
