The Importance of Values in Junior Designers

Kim UX: I think the amount of things that various people tell junior designers they need to master is a little absurd. She says we're talking about ethics and thinking about ethics in a way that maybe we haven't before. In Kim's presentation at UXL, she posed the question "How do I get my organization to value humans?" And rather than answer it directly, she turned it around and asked if design research should be more ethical.
