The Market Is Underestimating the Probability of a Real Inflation
As these stocks get bigger, they become a bigger proportion of the index and therefore you're to buy more of them. So i do think that a passive investing has been a significant driver of the fang stocks. The surprise has got to be, if we actually get in a real inflation like, you know, not two, three, but three, four,. You know, for like, a while. Do i predict that? I'm not sure. But the market certainly is not priced in...a four, five % inflation number at all. Because if you get that, lots of things happen, ah, that are not good. This whole notion that stocks and bonds hedge each other
