What Does Sin Not Do?

Van Till: We can't escape the reality of sin and its effect on what we claim to know. He says by sin we do not cut ourselves loose from God metaphysically, but it does turn that religious relation in an ethically wicked direction. Sin is therefore a breaking loose from God ethically and not metaphysically. And so it's important because as we didn't plan this, but as we're talking about presidential politics or sexual revolution, we must take sin into account.
