What Are Your Decision Principles?
I came up with an acronym called God, but basically it's like, you know, grounded absolute destinations. And then the idea of it is, well, what's the destination for these different things I want in life if at all, right? And then can I get to that direction in a non absolute way? And then am I behaving grounded in a manner that I respect my integrity? At AppSumo, there's we have a call it mom, which is our master operating manual. It's just basically like, what are the principles of AppSumo? Like we raised our prices a lot and doubled our initial price points.
