Housing is just priced out of range for people that actually work those landscapes, absolutely. We've got very strict planning laws in the u k which even prohibit someone citing a caravan to live in. And i think that speaks of the idea of land as an asset. Where they look at it as, why would I have somebody come in and remove something that may be of more value in the future? It's really important distinction when we start talking about things like people holding land. A lot of farmers own land es here in the united states, or they farm rather here in the United States,. not because they make any money in terms of the actual farming itself. The whole of their own
