Housing is just priced out of range for people that actually work those landscapes, absolutely. We've got very strict planning laws in the u k which even prohibit someone citing a caravan to live in. And i think that speaks of the idea of land as an asset. Where they look at it as, why would I have somebody come in and remove something that may be of more value in the future? It's really important distinction when we start talking about things like people holding land.
