The only people that get to a certain level are the people that everybody gets along with, and that they help each other. That's the culture of ultra successful people. If you talk shit on a company does things better than you, what ends up happening is your customers end up leaving and going with them. And when you win, right? They do it by directing their business away from others who are too dumb to understand how this system works. It's yer one hundred per cent effective at getting ahead if you're willing to work for it.
