Gogle's Triple Threat

Algorithms are being usedas as he tool to make things happen, but humans are still making the key decisions. The simplest decision they can make is to add a link or a name to a black list. When it does that, from that point on, the algorithms are always checking the black lists. And if you're on one of the black lists, or more one or more o your content is hidden,.
