Work and the Nature of Work

i wonder if that's because we've been on this sort of journey of exploring what it means to work. We've gone from atraditionally physical base industries in the sixties and seventies,. moving into, i t or more office space in the late seventies, eighties, into the nineties. Tim: What are the absolute takehome things that a should be thinking about rather than going back to the default of treating the individual? Or do you think they should ut be treating intimitl? If you do, we need to have a conversation.
