The Importance of Diversity in the Art Industry

I would imagine it's really good to have a broad set of skills in this industry now because the industry has so shifted. These days what's going on in the independent world is far more interesting than what's coming out of the major studios. I found that in order for me to be creatively challenged I love to reach out and see what else is going on. Some some studios are really cool with you doing some other work on the outside some are not.
