The Importance of Radical Honesty in Relationships
Radical honesty is a living, walking, talking, out loud meditation that moves you from reactivity to being a creator of your own life. There's always that fear of like, kind of like Emily mentioned, of do people want my thoughts on this right now? I don't quite know if that's part of the equation or not. That's maybe the closest, tamest example I can think of in relationship. It could go down a pathway of getting into much more vulnerable and much more painful feeling territory pretty quickly.
