Kirk: What happens if all of a sudden we see 40% drop in the number of people with kids, and most families say let's say have two kids. That's 80 million kids taken away from the future of college what's that going to do economically there? Barb: I mean look these colleges have basically gone from providing education to providing beds. And now it's all about how many beds can we sell. Can we sell more beds it's basically a real estate play for these colleges. These colleges don't need more money. Every year they make more money off beds.
