The Altruistic Kidney Chain
There's a program in the UK called the UK Living Kidney Sharing Scheme. You've got this complicated network of people who are trying to donate kidneys. Often it ends up in this sort of stalemate. And so this is where the altruistic donor chain comes in or the altruistic kidney chain. So you have one altruistic donor that creates this domino of donations. That is one of the most heartwarming things or kidney warming things I have ever heard on this podcast or anywhere else. Humans are extraordinary.
