The Importance of Miracles in the Gospels

There is evidence in the gospel, John of it being written prior to the destruction of the temple. Many many have and do take this as evidence of really an early date for the gospel which John wrote. I think that just maybe within the traditional authorship of the Gospel of John, you know, Paul gets up and he gives this resounding defense of John's authorship. But there are still questions about whether or not Jesus was actually a miracle writer.
