Women in Leadership

A Christian view of leadership does not allow for this kind of hierarchy between leaders and non-leaders. We have to bring with us a truly Christian rather than secular view of what leadership even means. I find some egalitarian views of leadership in general to feel more secular than Christian. Any view of leadership that talks about leaders as people with higher status, more power and privilege reflects the values of a right side up, kingdom of Rome or America.
