Christian: We try to plan things, sorpoint frances at the beginning, right? And that puts a lot of pressure on people. I think when we kind of re focus away from this idea that you can map everything out, that you have to have a plan all the time, it actually decreases anxiety. Seranibities about potentiality. If we don't allow that potentiality because we are so fixated on the particular plan or what my child should be like, then we take that away from them. Enjoyin giving them the opportunity to discover their own potentiality would be the biggest gift the education system and alto organizations can give their employees.
