Customer retention is very important when it comes to the sales process rate company. And there are many factors that lead to that high retention. It could be like customer behavior, a price in sensitivity or sensitivity, a switching cost, et cetera. So i'm really curious. I mean, how do you go about doing the resea on all these sort of things? You don't form like the quality of the sale side, then we caun go into margins. The one thing i want to stress is that all of everything we talk about, it's just a lead to go and confirm and learn about the business itself.
