Resistance Training Induces Muscle Hypertrophy

The magnitude of resistance training induced muscle hypertrophy is highly variable across individuals. This phenomenon is sometimes called inter individual response heterogeneity. From a molecular perspective, there are sort of profiles that help us understand why people might respond poorly to exercise. And i think in some cases it might be that they need more exercise, and in some cases It might be too much of a burden for them to bear.
