You Will Never Have to Sell Your Investments

The silicon values problem really triggered this because of the flighty deposits they they had but the risk that silicon value bank had in their balance sheet is not uncommon in the banking system. The overall American banking system if you look at their balance sheets it's about $1trillion a year and we're going to be paying out hundreds of billions more over the next few years as interest rates continue to rise. So I don't see why people shouldn't know how fast deposit can go up or down depending on what kind of rate changes there are. It's better to know the complexity, knows the risk of losing money and know the tail scenarios rather than decide that not to know it thinking that it
