Service Now - The Environment Is What It Is
The environment didn't necessarily get better, but our ability to serve the environment and meet our customers where there are got better. So I'm very confident in service now's position for sure. And that's why we not only raised our guidance for Q4. But we also gave the capital markets confidence in 23 and beyond because we're in this to win it. You know, Bill, when you hire a new salesperson, it does take that person about four quarters to get up to speed.
