Kathy Mays: I want to use the last few minutes of our podcast today to talk about the curriculum a little bit and something that we've decided to add to our navigate year long program. And I'll explain why we decided to do milestones and a little bit about each one. So basically navigate is a digital program. Each system is a module and inside of each module, there are several lessons. They start with some of the questions that we talked about, right? Like you're writing why we write the mission statement. We really create like a central focus to your career because one of the big complaints that we hear from people is I feel pulled in a thousand directions.
