In august 17 86, it all fell apart. Calogne came to the king and said, sire, we have no money. This, in my view, marks the beginning of the french revolution. After these states general get called, things move quickly through the alleged good revolution of 17 89. These events are the star attract for any good telling of the frenchrevolution.
