How to Calculate Load for Running

The header for this whole group of questions, injury risk reduction, performance and load management is our proper way to calculate load for running. So I think time spent in easy versus moderate versus hard can be a great way up to seeing where you're at. Based on some of the literature, it seems like polarized training has a little bit better of an effect on performance. And yeah, I'm almost more conservative with just kind of sticking with volumes for a little bit longer with running and progressing a little bit more slowly.
