The Power of Mindfulness and Compassion

i think it's really powerful to be able to actually step back and say, no, acta. You have numbers behind this as well. But i realize, oknow, we've used the word compassion a number of times now,. but i guess my curiosity is, what are we actually talking about when we're talking about compassion? I define it like this. It's three parts. The first is having an awareness of the others. The second is having a mind set of kindness, or wishing the best for others. And the third is the courage to take action  in these three steps.
