What's the Purpose of a Gathering?
When you have a specific your purpose, it becomes a lot clearer who or who may not fulfil that purpose. I was working with te organization where they were hoasting a global offsight for their company. It was the first time they had actually gathered everybody in person. And i strongly protested internally with the planning group, saying they absolutely can't be there. In part because we've been told foreons the more the merrier, we don't trust our instinct when something doesn't feel right,. When it has to do with inclusion or exclusion.
