The Nature of a Proverb

The verse says whoever diligently seeks good seeks your favor. Now let's look at the flip side of the verse. It says, evil comes to him who searches for it. So in other words, you 're going to get exactly what you're searching for, and it's not going to be a pleasant experience. Friends, this is a very basic, very foundational, sort of a principle that we need to keep in mind as we live our lives.
