We're living in a world now where you can buy more of what doesn't matter netflix pizza entertainment and less of what does housing health care education all that sort of stuff. The baby boomers bought houses at 2x their annual pay house for $50,000 or less then over the next 40 years interest rates have been managed down by people who have an interest in managing interest rates down. Now our generation the millennials and the zoomers and I went to Stanford business school most of my classmates can't afford a house because they are not on the home ladder. That's actually what wealth is how do you get to spend your time you're in this rat race because our money's broken
