How Does Forgiveness Play Into Regrets?

i think forgiveness plays in two ways. One is regrets of action, and one of regrets are inaction with action. But i think there's another dimension of it that is even more important, which is forgiving ourselves. When we forgive ourselves, we begin to open the way to make sense of the regret or draw a lesson from it. The disclosure itself is incredibly important. I put up this thing called the world regret survey. Say, hey, anybody want to tell, they're a complete stranger, their biggest regret? Ande weid like, in weeks, 15 thousand of these thingsyet people want talk about it. So why do people want to talk about it? Because it relieves
