There are a million different places in an organization like novardus where knowledge, information, data can live. The big thing i did was to create a community of about 100 people across the organization who meet regularly and really do collaborately help shape our road map as we move forward. I'm very visual, so i love to have everyone stick what they know as an organization on er collaboration space. And through that, we have cut so many possible road blocks out of our journey, and we have saved so much time and so many efficiencies.
