I'm not worried about the death of late night as a genre. Netflix is still tinkering with live television, making no mistake. The desire to be in the now about a conversation is a human impulse that will never leave. I truly believe that the news cycle in which we exist moves too fast right now. So a show would benefit better from taping later in the day or just being live live.
