Array of Sunshine

Former President Jimmy Carter appeared to get North Korea as well as the international community to step back from the brink of war this week. He walked across the demilitarized zone on Wednesday to become one of the highest ranking Americans ever to visit North Korea. His discussion centered on North Korea's nuclear program. The two agreed on a framework in which North Korea would freeze its facility at Nyeongbong, and in return receive a project to build light water reactors for energy.
