Ciber Security

Ciber security is about protecting on line the things that we value. But if i take what a 15 year old boy or girl has of value, which is to say, images themselves, and we don't call that cyper security. We come up with some other name for it: "on-line safety" And so my question is, are we, in a unrealistic and distorted fashion, gendering ciber security in a fashion that is privileging the ciber security concerns of entities that are more rather than less powerful?
