There's a lot of change so it's a dynamic organization and that's been my experience as well. As the scope grows so does the pressure to speak to a broader audience and to do more that wasn't there before we did that point when you're the only voice in Muslim communities under attack Islam is under attack. You have to put different kind of thought and more thought into it for the next generation.
