Introduction
Daphne Keller and Emma Lonzo are two of our favorite experts on ways in which regulators are destroying free speech on the Internet. The EU terrorist content regulation is looking to limit the spread of what they call terrorist content online. It will require companies to take down content within an hour or face huge penalties, while also figuring out how to block the same content from ever reappearing.
