How to Build a Successful Multifamily Business
It's all about building the right infrastructure in place. You don't want to end up having two dozen deals under management and then trying to figure out how to do everything on the back after you've bought the deals. We're very careful in our steps that we take outside of Phoenix and the Dallas market. It was a six month progress to make sure that do we really want to get out there. How do we do it right? And multifamily wise, everything is very similar. You're not going to find a terribly different way to lease those units or do marketing. The issue is the people. If you don't have the right people, those deals are going to fail very fast
