The Plague: A Novel by Laura Camou
I don't think there's a more famous book about the plague other than the camera in which nobody's going to read for advice about a modern day plague. So I guess immediately people seemed to realize that this book by Camou would be the book to read. And they also were really shocked that no one in the novel wears masks. There's something even very terrifying in our world about, you know, our separation was very radical from other people. For us, there was no non-pleg area. It was the whole world.
