Social norms are crucial for what's happening in encrypted environments. What we're interested in is a kind of capacitys based approach. So were people are empowered to r recognize when they can intervene, to call out thisinformation. But do that in not in an antagonistic way, but in a way that recognizes the importance of empathy. A dialogue based orientation in the literature on vaccine hesitancy has been well developed since before cronovirus pandemic.
