There's definitely a huge problem when it comes to representation and coaching in sports. Women are just as capable of creating harm as men. The real solution is that every single person who works with female bodied people in sport needs to be educated. I think there should be a mandatory coaching requirement that you understand female puberty, the normal progression of the female athlete body and sport on the timeline of adolescence.
