"I slept without dreaming. Despair has its own calms," says Jonathan Harker in the first episode of his new series, "Dracula", which airs tonight at 9pm on BBC1. He then leaves us alone for some time before returning with another letter - but we know not when or where it will come from. We can only hope that our good friend Peter Hawkins does not find out about these strange symbols."
