How to Get Feedback From Your Learners

JDAQ: It's really easy to have a peer who you care for, who is like a near-peer. We all have blind spots and there's things that are blind to you and that are also blind to your observer. You need to be very humble and understand that your self-perception is probably very different than other people's perception of you. So practice makes permanent, feedback makes perfect. I am stunned in silence even though I'm talking, you just can't tell,. but I feel like, Monty, you reminded me of just how much intentionality also goes into virtual kind of teaching or generally teaching.
