Is There a More State Involvement in Energy?

I'm not afraid of having a more state involvement here, as long as we're talking about efficiency and efficient outcomes. Energy has always been shaped by governments and state involvement. I kind of don't accept that phrase that it was ever really a free market like chocolate or something like that. It's just different forms of regulating it. And now we have two new paradigms and that is more resilience and the second is basically carbon neutral. We need to adapt regulation for that.
