We've talked a lot about esophageal varices. Usually you see something like bright red bleeding because it's more of a superficial site as far or more proximal site on the GI tract. So we can see how that would be difficult, right? Because not only were you bleeding and then now we've got potentially an airway issue. And then that's when we start to get into tamponade devices.
