The Fox Sisters and the Origins of Spiritualism
The Fox sisters in the 1840s over in America. These are two young girls who invent the idea of communicating with the dead and the whole of spiritualism. They have this idea that the spirits can rap and send a sign. Eventually, when the girls are much older middle-aged women, they decide to say the whole thing was a complete fraud.
