The Role of UX in the Better World

UX doesn't vanish, but it's role in that better world. But maybe the job looks slightly different. I think we've seen a long time where companies are focused very much on what they do and have lost sight completely about why they do it. So you'll probably still need somebody else who can really kind of rally and ring fence all of those customer concerns.
