Royce Comalovs went to LISMOR in New South Wales one year on from the floods that destroyed so many lives and homes. Thousands of residents remain in emergency and temporary accommodation. The state government promised 11 temporary housing sites, four of them are still under construction. This means some people in this community are still sleeping in their cars. Royce says what's happening is being described as 'disaster capitalism'
