Did You Ever Meet Gertrude?
Gertrude has always kind of caged you about it. She never showed any, uh, abilities or talks about, I don't know, destiny? Like, she was becoming something. Sometimes she just reminded me of my mum. My mum only had her ambitions. But deep down what she wanted wasn't all that different from the ivory tower idiots she hated. You know, I think, secretly, she dreamed of starting a little mystic dynasty of her own with me. Er, like the, the Lucas' or the Fairchild's. Or Fairchild's is just a name. An already family. The Lucas' though. Thing is, it's harder than it looks.
