William Caufi Bright: One of the big issues is at present particularly. It's been getting worse and worse over time is actually finding peer reviewers. He says that research should not be critically appraised and critically reviewed by peers, but it could instead be a systematic process like the peer review system as it currently exists in journals.bright: I've made the explicit decision with one of my pieces of work to not publish it in the traditional journal sentence. The other two gentlemen on the call want to say about peer reviews and general and journals in general and their structures which might act as a barrier to doing good work.
